I was sad to see Dr Osorio leave the practice but I’ve since been seeing Dr Crawford and have been very pleased with her work. For most of my visits Marian has been my hygienist and I have been very happy with her work as well. The office is always clean and comfortable. The entire staff goes out of their way to help their patients and make visits as easy as possible. They are awesome, scheduling is a breeze, intake is all on computer – so no having to write down the same thing 3 times… The staff is 100% friendly, professional, and very good at what they do. I love the office staff, the techs, the assistants, and Dr. Donovan. Oh — and where else can you get a balloon sword for bravery?!? They have two locations — Viera and Melbourne on Wickham. The Viera location has nitrous gas for nervous patients…highly recommended for anyone with dental anxiety. They are super patient and very compassionate. They are my dentists for LIFE, and I hated going to anyone for years…finally found my place.”

I went to Sundance Family Dentistry for my first cleaning after moving to Brevard County about 6 weeks ago. Nancy was my dental hygienist and did a GREAT job in not only cleaning my teeth but also educating me about various problem areas and techniques and also being patient and understanding about my history. Her chairside manner is fantastic and her technique and professionalism were extraordinary! I highly recommend this practice for a variety of reasons – their Savings Plan for those of us retired and without dental insurance, their latest technology in equipment and their customer oriented professional welcoming staff!”

“When I started the search for a dentist for my daughter, it was important that it be a place with professionals great at calming nerves, with patience, friendliness and of course, good at what they do. When doing my research I came across Sundance and the many, many, MANY wonderful reviews covering the criteria I was looking for. Well, my daughter and I just got home from yet another wonderful visit. Dr. Crawford is amazing and our hygienist today, Crystal, was the BEST! As my 7 year old put it on the way home…”Mommy, at first I wasn’t going to listen but then she said I had mermaid hair and I thought, this girl is my kind of style.” Lol! We have never encountered anyone at the office that wasn’t kind and helpful. Mind you, we do not have dental insurance but when I discovered Sundance, they had a program that allows you to pay an upfront cost and then you get a % off all other services for the year. Some services are FREE! They are very fair and were just everything I could have hoped for. I wanted to make sure my daughter had nothing but a positive experience at the dentist as I didn’t want her to fear them as was something that had happened with me at a young age. Katie loves it there. She can watch a cartoon on the t.v. while getting her teeth cleaned, get a animal balloon and pick from the treasure chest. I highly recommend them for the kids and the moms and dads.”

“I’m pretty apprehensive of dentists, but this office blew me away. I couldn’t get an appointment until May, but they put me on a cancellation list and I was seen within two weeks. We don’t have dental insurance, so one of the things that drew us to this practice was that they offer an in house savings plan that covers cleanings, X-rays, and 20% discount on all services. No filling out paperwork at the office, you can complete all of your new patient forms online! The visit begins with a tour of the facility, then getting digital images of your teeth. They also have digital X-rays so there’s less radiation. Marian was incredibly friendly and actually explained how I should be caring for my teeth (first for me… not the usual “just floss more” I’ve experienced”). *Very* thorough cleaning and care. The next week we brought in our children and the hygienists did amazing. They have a special kid toy/waiting room, kid programs on tv, and make balloons with the air tool. This is perhaps the first time I’ve been excited about caring for my teeth. Looking forward to my next appointment in six months!”
