Sundance Savings Plan
Sundance Savings Plan is a membership plan developed to make dental care affordable for everyone. The yearly individual membership premium is only $79.00. Our family premium (3 or more members in the same household) is $199.00.
Benefits Include:
- 20% off x-rays, exams, cleanings (prophylaxis/periodontal maintenance/scaling and root planning), fluoride and sealants (an exam is done by the dentist, this is a separate procedure from a cleaning which is done by a dental hygienist.)
- 20% off all dental services including: fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, complete dentures, partial dentures, occlusal guards.
- 10% off Invisalign, cosmetic bonding, cosmetic crown and bridge, take-home whitening trays and in-office whitening.

If you have dental insurance benefits through your job or a self-policy, we cannot apply the savings plan, however, we are happy to help you take advantage of your dental benefits by filing a claim for each service you receive at our office.
